Double K Plan Carpentersville , IL
Land Vision created a conceptual land use plan for a 17 acre townhome residential development located in the Fox River Valley. The concept plan and analysis graphics were used to facilitate rezoning of the property from R-1 Residential to R-4 Residential.

Land Vision was retained by the City of N. Chicago to prepare a conceptual land use plan for the redevelopment of a 36 acre parcel located at the NW corner of Sheridan Rd. and Martin Luther King Dr. It is envisioned that this site will be instrumental in economic redevelopment initiatives.

When the Culligan corporation announced plans to relocate, Land Vision was retained to create redevelopment concepts for housing and retail on the new site. Three mixed-use plan alternatives were developed which allowed for evaluation of development feasibility.
